Despite seeming a bit playful for the tone of Chan-wook Park’s new thriller, this one sheet sure is eye-catching.
Sweet New One Sheet for The Wolverine
Three things to glean from this strikingly minimal poster:
1) Turning Japanese: The film is set in Japan as is illustrated by the calligraphy brush style, complete with the artists stamp.
2) Release Date: Hopefully next summer we’ll be forgetting about will.i.am, bad CGI, and the general crumminess of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

I’m already very excited for PTA’s imminent opus (despite not being able to see it in 70mm … stupid Chicago) and will willingly do horrible things to get a full print of this beauty.
